Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about using Invoicelogic. Can’t find an answer? Email invoicelogic@businessaffairs.ng.
Is Invoicelogic really free?
Yes. Invoicelogic is free to use with a fair-use daily limit. The tool is supported by ads and by Business Affairs, our parent accounting service.
Do you store my invoices or client data?
No. Invoices are generated entirely in your browser. We never receive or store the business name, client details, items or amounts you enter.
Is Invoicelogic NDPR and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Because invoice content never leaves your device, we minimise personal data by design. For the limited technical and advertising data we do process, our Privacy Policy sets out the legal basis, your rights and how to contact us.
Can I use Invoicelogic for VAT invoices in Nigeria?
Yes. You can enable VAT and apply the standard Nigerian 7.5% rate with one click, or set any custom rate and label. You remain responsible for ensuring the invoice meets FIRS requirements for your business.
What currencies are supported?
Invoicelogic supports NGN, USD, EUR, GBP and many more African and international currencies. Pick your currency from the dropdown in the Invoice Details section.
How do I send the invoice to my client?
After previewing, click Download PDF to save the file, or use the Email and WhatsApp buttons to share a message with the invoice attached or linked.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or SVG up to 2MB in the Your Business section. The logo is read locally by your browser and never uploaded to our servers.
Why is there a daily limit?
The limit prevents abuse and keeps the tool fast and free for everyone. If you need unlimited invoicing and full bookkeeping, consider Business Affairs.
Do you offer recurring invoicing or bookkeeping?
Not in this free tool. Business Affairs provides bookkeeping, recurring invoicing and accounting management for growing African businesses — see businessaffairs.ng.
How do I exercise my data protection rights?
Email privacy@businessaffairs.ng. We respond to NDPR/GDPR requests (access, erasure, objection, portability) within 30 days.
