Terms of Service

1. The Service

Invoicelogic lets you create, preview and download invoices entirely in your browser. The Service is provided free of charge, subject to a fair-use daily limit. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter, including tax rates, client details and payment instructions.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including Nigerian tax law (FIRS VAT requirements) and the data protection laws of your jurisdiction (NDPR, GDPR, etc.) when issuing invoices that contain personal data of clients.
• You must not use the Service for fraudulent invoicing, money laundering, or any illegal activity.

3. Intellectual property

The Invoicelogic name, logo, layout and source code are owned by Business Affairs Platform Limited. You retain full ownership of the invoice content and logos you create or upload. By uploading a logo you confirm you have the right to use it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service, (b) interfere with its security, (c) circumvent the daily limit, or (d) use automated systems to generate invoices at scale.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice. Invoices generated may need to be adapted to comply with the laws of your country. You are responsible for verifying compliance before issuing an invoice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Affairs Platform Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to NGN 10,000.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Business Affairs Platform Limited harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Business Affairs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
